Art plays a vital role as teacher, creative inspiration, and spiritual mediator for its viewers.
The presence of art on campus is an integral component of a liberal arts education and of the cultural life of the University of St. Thomas. Students are directly involved in the stewardship of the St. Thomas Art Collection as a means for promoting active learning and building professional experience.
Sculpture, textiles, paintings, photographs, icons, and more from ancient times to the present day make up the St. Thomas Art Collection. The collection is displayed around the university's campuses and is viewable during University open hours.
